RANGE is a number indicating how close your darts are to the BULL. The locations hit in each throw are collected and the group of the locations are formed into a circle. The RANGE is the diameter of the circle.
The value is calculated based on a formula focusing on the latest game results (last 30 games).
Great way to check your improvement
When you are new to darts, you may earn high scores by hitting triples or doubles just by chance. As you get better, you manage to throw closer to the BULL. You are less likely to accidentally hit high-scoring areas, such as triples and doubles. Thus your 01 STATS and RATING may temporarily drop or cease to improve, it gets harder to see whether you are improving or not.
Even during such a time, you can practice while getting on an accurate idea of how you are doing using the RANGE values as it reflects more subtle changes in your throw because it is based on the group of the spots you hit around the BULL.
